These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CitationIQ Pro ("Service"), operated by Morris Richter, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
CitationIQ Pro is a SaaS platform that provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) scanning, analysis, and AI-generated implementation blueprints for websites. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access, and related tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the Agency Pro plan. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded unless you subscribe. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.
Agency Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. You authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Prices may change with 30 days written notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. Individual blueprint purchases are non-refundable once the blueprint has been generated.

You retain ownership of your data and any content you upload. Blueprints generated for your websites are yours to use commercially. The CitationIQ Pro platform, code, design, and brand are our intellectual property.
We take data security seriously. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, process, and store your data. We comply with GDPR and applicable EU data protection laws.
Blueprints are generated using AI (Anthropic Claude). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all implementation recommendations before applying them to production websites. We are not liable for issues arising from implementing AI-generated suggestions.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
